Reservations
Services are available by appointment, a credit card may be requested to reserve all spa services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of less than 24 hours will be charged 50% fee. No shows will be charges 100% fee.
Late Arrivals
We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.
Cell Phones
Use of cell phones in treatment rooms and back waiting areas are not permitted.
On-time Arrival
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled service. Late arrivals (15 min. or more) can not be accommodated with an extension of scheduled service times and guest are responsible for the full service fee.
Jewelry
We suggest you arrange for your valuables prior to your visit with us.
